Discretion

What your clients can rely on

A tailoring house is trusted with names, figures and addresses that its clients would rather nobody else knew. These are the rules the system keeps, whoever is signed in.

  1. 01

    Private clients stay private

Mark a client as private and their telephone numbers and addresses are locked away. Only cutters and the head of house can open them; everyone else sees “Kept private”. The lock is held by the records themselves, not just the screen.

  2. 02

    Private clients are never chased

Private clients, estates, and anyone who asked not to hear about new cloths are left out of every suggested note. No list of names is ever put together for outreach about them.

  3. 03

Nothing goes out on its own

Notes, letters and replies the system drafts stay drafts. A person reads each one and sends it themselves. Nothing is ever posted or emailed to a client without someone at the house choosing to.

  4. 04

Prices only for those who need them

Staff without the right to see money see the job, never the price or the cost. Changing a price needs that right as well, and the old price is kept on record.

  5. 05

Nothing left behind on a shared desk

Client records are never stored on the device for offline use. Signing out clears half-typed measurements, and warns first if anything is still waiting to be sent.

  6. 06

Every look from our side is written down

If AtelierSuite staff ever have to look at a house's records to fix a fault, each look is written to a log.
