Accessibility statement
How AtelierSuite is built to be usable, what is known to fall short, and how to tell us.
Last updated 12 September 2026
Our aim
AtelierSuite aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. Reasonable adjustments for disabled people are a duty under the Equality Act 2010, not a courtesy, and we treat an accessibility fault as a fault.
What is in place
Text and controls are checked for contrast against every theme and every colour a house can choose; where a house picks a pale tint, the text on it is swapped automatically rather than left to fail.
The software can be worked from the keyboard, headings and landmarks are marked up for a screen reader, and images of work carry alternative text.
Motion can be reduced, text scales with the browser's own setting, and no meaning is carried by colour alone.
Known shortfalls
The garment preview and planning flats are visual by nature; the same measurements and specification are available as text and in the printed sheet. Speech and dictation are optional, with the written answer and typed controls remaining available.
Some dense tables scroll sideways on a narrow phone. A narrow-viewport pass is under way, taking the client portal and the main workroom pages first.
Telling us
Write to kush@ateliersuite.co.uk with the page and what happened. We answer within five working days and will offer another way to get the same thing done while we fix it.
