What could it return to your house?

Choose the plan closest to your house and the figures start at a cautious view for a house that size. Change any of them. Only part of each saving is counted back — a third of the admin hours, and half of the wasted cloth and kept work — so the figure is one you could take to your accountant. This is an illustration, not a promise.

One-off set-up counted

On these figures the first year, set-up included, is paid back in about 18 weeks. Based only on the figures above, 46 working weeks and the Independent studio plan. Nothing here is counted in full: 30% of the admin hours and 50% of the wasted cost and kept commissions, because no house recovers a loss whole. A kept commission is work that would otherwise have gone to a missed fitting, a forgotten follow-up or a late reply.

Questions

A few sensible questions.

A room of its own for your auditor, added to any plan for £149 a month or £1,500 a year. Your auditor gets a read-only door: the trial balance, the statements, the VAT figures, a sample of entries they can open one by one to see the invoice, cloth bill, payment and receipt behind each, and a place to raise queries you answer in the same screen. On your side, a readiness list keeps the house audit-proof every day — missing bills, unagreed bank, clients' money held, uncounted cloth — so the visit takes an afternoon instead of three weeks. We are not your auditor: the signature belongs to a registered firm. This is the preparation they charge you most for.
